4. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment by contacting our customer support team.

  • Once an item is shipped, cancellation is not possible.

  • For cancellations within 24 hours of placing the order, please refer to our Refund Policy.

5. Limitation of Liability

Sanskrtii is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from the use of our products or services, including but not limited to:

  • Delivery delays caused by third-party courier services

  • Losses due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

  • Damage after delivery due to improper handling
